 One of the greatest powers that a human being can possess is the power of belief. Power is the ability to overcome a challenge. The power of belief is therefore the ability to conceive a plan to overcome great obstacles and accomplish tasks that appear almost impossible. In 2008, President Obama, through the power of belief accomplished was seemed almost impossible – becoming the first African American to become the President of the United States of America.

In concluding this book, I shall highlight the kind of personal and team motivations that encourage the accomplishment of great goals. These are highlighted below using the acronym: “OBAMA TEAM”.
