In the world of small and medium sized businesses, what is needed more than ever before is real support and proactive engagement of all stakeholders. The unpredictable but largely harsh global economic situation portends grave dangers to small businesses in particular. Yet, no one can deny the potentials of this sector in boosting economic growth and sustainability, if supported and helped to grow.

My humble contribution through this book is one of reminding experienced business owners and managers of some of the business techniques they possibly may have forgotten. And, to present the budding entrepreneur and those that are not as experienced in business management with tools that would aid such activities.
